Windows Live Account complaint

  I seriously can't emphasise how angry & frustrated I have been for the past two days. I have many different accounts & emails for various things like ebay, amazon, work emails etc.. Many accounts = Many passwords. Now normally when I forget my password on my hotmail account, I'd answer the secret question (it seems this is no longer an option).. So whenever i forget, the reset link would get sent to my other email address.. This was never a problem, till it became impossible to sign into my OTHER email address (i normally have it on automatic sign in, but it signed out for some reason, and yes I forgot this password too). I was asked to post it up on some forum, which I did, and it said I'd be answered or helped within 24 hours. 48 hours later, I've had no response, no help, and I NEED to get into my account. If the secret question option was available, THIS WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. Is there a number I can call? =[
