I want a refund

  On my xbox, a message came up on screen and said "do you want to turn off auto-renew membership" si i clicked yes. A week later i went online (the day of which my membership expired) and my xbox live account had renewed the membership when i had asked not to renew it as i have a new xbox live year membership which cost me £39.99. I would like the refund for the xbox live membership purchased online.
