this copy of windows did not pass genuine validation

  Hai there could you please help me with this...

  I have a problem in my netbook the icon of "this copy of windows did not pass genuine validation" keeps appearing in the corner and my screen is black.I tried setting up a wallpaper but it disappear after a few minutes...by the way I'm using windows xp
