    i can't sync with my htc cruise with my notebook, the support code 0x85010014, what does it mean? thanx for help.

    Hello pollux6573,

    You  mean you can't configure your htc mobile to synchronize  with your notebook.
    If in this case, may I ask you a question that what kinds of soft of Microsoft is used in the process.
    If not, you can ask the mobile supplier for help. Or else please describe your problem.
