    HI,

    after i complete the push mail on the WM device. i have the error of sync. the support code shown on device is 0x80071EE7

     

    anyone know what this mean?

    Are you using Vista Windows Mobile Device Center or WinXP ActiveSync? What kind of device are you using?

    Hi, HL08,

     

    Some more questions regarding this errors...

     

    1) What is the version for you WM device?

    2) Has it success before to sync or connect to you Exchange mail box.

    3) Have your soft-reset your device and try again?

     

    I have same experience because the singal is weak and the WM device cannot sync with my Exchange mailbox completly, the device prompt out this support code.
