    Hi

     

    I plugged my Windows mobile phone into the windows xp notebook computer with activesync 4.5 installed. I ensured all options are checked and performed a synchronisation, where the windows xp has office 2003 installed.

    After synchronisation, I discovered that the address book and documents are copied, but in Outlook I do not see the calendar schdules being inputted. Does anyone know why and how I can resolve this?

    Hi Lenny,

    Can you check whether the settings allow "replace item on device" or "replace item on outlook" in the connection settings?

    i think perhaps a mistake i made was to accept the default settings, which only apparently syn the most recent 2 week's of data. after changing it to 'all' i think i have the data in outlook.

    Hi Lenny,

    Yes, the default calendar settings is to syn the next 2 weeks events (exclude all passed events)
