Printing issue windows 7

  I have 2 servers in my organisation with network printers installed on both.

  At one location I can print with no problems but at the other i get spooler issues.

  I cannot even load the printer & devices window on my windows 7 machine or connect or communicate with the printers when navigating to the server share!

  I have tried rebooting my machine, restarting the print spooler service, clearing the print spooler file and even re-installing the printers but i still get

  the error cannot start print spooler (even though its started) and other print spooler errors.

   

  Has any body come across this before?
