Should i pre-scan all potentially infected executables before running them, or if there is an infected .exe, will onecare prevent me from opening the program?
One Care will scan every .exe when it is accessed and remove, quarantine or block the infected file. It will scan all files including .exe files during a scan so it is not necessary to scan files individually.
