Modify PWA site Page

  I want to modify "Approvals.aspx" page of pwa, such as adding some custom java script/ jQuery file..
  when any task come for approval, at that time project manager when select any task to approve, at that time their should be one custom page should be open with some check boxs, so that project manager should check that all required things are completed or not...!!
