Delete tasks in My Work / Task

  Hi there--

  If your Project manager is not available & you want to remove the Tasks from team member's My task. There are two ways to do it
  1.An administartor of PWA, can Close tasks to update feature & once the PM is back She/he can iopen these tasks & delete/modify as desired. for mor einfo , Please see below article:

  2. Administrator or someone having permissions to open/edit the plan, can open the project in MS project & set the Publish field value as "No" for the desired tasks & publish the plan. If PM have already published a task and then later set the Publish field to No, when you publish the project again, the task will be removed from any assigned resources. for more info , please see below article:
