問題XP Home SP3 Connector install failure

    Connector software install fails at the "Configuring computer backup" stage.  Takes a minute or two, then fails with "Ensure that your home server is powered on and connected to the network".  This makes no sense, because in the previous menu I entered the server's PW and it logged on with no problems.

    Any advice from the community?
