I read in a blog that you can change the settings in Internett Explorer, so you can move, delete columns in views when you are working against CRM in Remote Desktop.  Now it only says. "You need to select a column, before you can delete it", even I have tired to select it.

I can not the blog or do not remember which settings to change.

Do anyone know what to do, to resolve this issue?

    Regards,

    Gjøran

    Hi Gjøran,

Add 'about:blank' to Trusted Sites in IE. That should work.

Are you trying to delete columns from the Advanced Find view or in the Settings area of CRM under entity customization?

It is under settings of CRM under entity customization, in Forms and Views

It was the same problem in CRM 3.0. When you trying to click on the columns, no selections are made.

Is there a particular view you are trying to change?  Some views you can change by removing a column but some can not be changed.

I have this on every views.

Active acconuts for example. I can not delete or reorganize the order of the columns.

This problem occur only when I am running the customizations through remote desktop. If I log on the server directly, this problem not occour.

I apologize for the questions as I don't know the settings to change in IE to give you the ability to make changes using Remote Desktop.  I have not experienced that issue.

    Best Regards,
