The good news is the Windows XP Professional is genuine.
However the bad news is that Office XP Professional with FrontPage and Office Enterprise 2007 are both blocked Volume
license keys. This posting will be moved to the Office Genuine Advantage forum.
You can run the diagnostic tool here at http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and manually install Windows Installer by going to the following website and downloading the exe file.
Should the problem which you are experiencing reside with Windows Updates it would fall outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide some information which may help. Should you experience problems while updating Windows please follow the Help and Support links on the Windows Updates page. Here you will find assistance in solving the Windows Updates difficulties.

Unfortunately, the product key used to install the Office XP Professional 2003 with FrontPage and Office Enterprise 2007 is a Volume License Key (VLK) that has been blocked per the request of the legal VLK holder. As a rule, VLK editions Office should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and governments normally use VLK editions for flexibility in installing many computers. Also, Volume Licenses MS Office are Upgrade licenses ONLY and cannot be used as the original or base license for a new computer.

First, if this comes as a total surprise to you, please visit the retailer where you purchased the software and let them know the software is a counterfeit copy. Or you might need to contact your internal IT department to obtain the correct product key assigned to their corporation.
