Should I kick Vist or Embrace it

  I bought a laptop with window vista and the laptop is stolen, I have got a new laptop and I installed my vista back, but the computer notifing me for remaing days which is 21 days now left and i don't want to lose all my programs installed.

  So I decided activate it and I found out that no code in the booklet that the park came with it.

  There are some short codes behind the park but are not exact for installation.

  These are the codes; QPN: AX012000052-000,    APN: CD.VUT01.015, and the other is EN WO:52970/1, these are the only codes I can see. What do I need to do to install my Vista back to my new laptop.

   

  Please help me.
