Live OneCare not working on either of 3 computers

What is going on at Microsoft? None of my computers will run WLOC. It is on a red status on all 3, the firewall is turned off, updates is turned off, it won't respond when I try to run anything on it, such as "get help."
Doesn't Microsoft have a backup server to keep interruptions to a minimum? I understand the 2.0 Beta expires on 1/15/08, but I am unsure if I am running the beta (I don't think I am), but it is only the 10th. I don't think the problem is on my side, as all 3 computers, 2-XP, 1-Vista all have the same symptoms and my subscription doesn't expire until May.
Please get back to me soon. What is the supposed "phone support" that I read on the support page? Why does MS make it SO difficult to get support? For such a big company, you act like a small company on a budget. I realize that you have a lot of customers, but so do other companies like Dell and HP. I manage to call them and get support.

I got it from support and it worked.
