Since its launch in November 2002, gamers have spent over 2.3 billion hours on the network playing games with each other; the top title is undoubtedly Halo 2 on which gamers have spent over 710 million hours playing online, with over a half a billion games played. More than 2 million messages are sent across Xbox Live servers every day. The Xbox Live Marketplace, Microsoft's virtual market that allows Xbox 360 owners to download content, now has over 70% of Xbox Live members downloading from the service, over 135 million downloads since the launch of the Xbox 360 in November 2005. More than 70% of all connected Xbox game consoles have also downloaded game titles through Xbox Live Arcade, with more than 25 million reported downloads. Microsoft is continuously updating the service with both features and new content.
