I get Exception from HRESULT 0x8007007E when I try to backup with syncToy

Hi,

You have installed the Microsoft Sync Framework 2.1? You don't seem to install sync framework correctly.

Please see the system Requirements section here.

Select the Start button, and search for Command prompt.
In the list of results, right-click Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator.
Type the following commands, and press Enter after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
