OCS 2007R2 - Integrated LiveMeeting video not working

  Hello,
  
  I'm running a pilot version of OCS 2007R2.  I can run a LiveMeeting session with shared documents, desktop and audio.  However, the video feed doesn't work at all.  I've run through the LiveMeeting audio/video setup on my laptop, and everything should work correctly.  However, the video feed icons stay grayed out.   I know the video works because I can do a video call and it works just fine.  I don't see any server settings that turn video on or off.  Any suggestions?  Is it possible the pilot versions don't allow for video feed?
