Issues with MS Word translator RRS feed

    When trying to translate text from English to Spanish an error is telling me that I am not connected to the Internet. Since I am connected I don't understand what has changed from last week. Perhaps an upgrade....I have Windows 8 with Office 2013. However I have tested the same scenario in different machines (Win 10 and Win Vista) and I am getting the same error. Last week I did not have this issue. Help!!!!!! Gracias! Thanks!

    Hi Torres,

    are all the machines that see the failure on the same intranet or using the same proxy to access the internet?

    Can you post a screenshot of the message you are seeing, and describe the steps you used to get there?
