  • Hi,

I suggest sending an email in to the forums team about this. The address is fissues (at) microsoft [dot] com. I personally doubt they'll fix this though, as the forums didn't play well with IE8 (even when it was still officially supported) and that was never addressed.

As a suggestion, try one of the other browsers out there and see if you get better results. I can't really remember when they pulled the original stock browser in favor of Chrome, but if you're using stock try Chrome instead. If you're using Chrome already, try Dolphin (I haven't used this browser since my old moto cliq days though, so I'm not sure how well it works nowadays). If neither of those work, see if Pale Moon will do the trick. I've never tried their mobile browser, but that's what I use for the desktop and I think it's great.

  • I'm trying from Firefox

It works. Problem is with Chrome

If you want to stick with Chrome try the dev or beta branch, perhaps those will work better.

EDIT: I'm just assuming they're visible for those OS versions, I don't have any older devices to test with here.

  • This problem can be fixed on both sides (forum\android)
So, many millions devices work on android < 6, and cannot be changed...

Forum developers can fix this problem, if they want

  • Could MS create a special App for the forums?  even as a demo of unified WinPhone and Android design? :)

  • I can write without any problems in Chrome, if I open page as "request desktop site"
