Title of WHAT?

            When I open the Microsoft Fix It program, I get choices to check out a program and to click on "RUN". Every program I click on when I click on "RUN" shows a small window that says "unexpected error" and "cannot run program".....If I cannot "RUN" ANY program, what's the purpose of MicroSoft Fix It Program?    Bob
