Every time I visit the Technet-forums, I have to log in again RRS feed

    Hi,

    Every time i am visiting the technet forums i need to log in again,
    even if i log out for a few seconds.
    There is no option available to select the Sign me in automatically check box.
    I have already deleted my cookies and other browsing history,
    but still there is no option to select the Sign me in automatically check box.
    And every time i have to enter my password and account-name over and over again.
    What should I do to be able to log in automatically.

    Why is it, that it is possible to move a topic,
    but apparently you can not provide me with an answer.
    The reason i've posted the question here,
    was because the Online Concierge Chat gave me this link to ask my question about the problem.
    Already one month i have a TechNet subscription, but i must say that i'm not really satisfied.
    I only have a lot of problems with it, and when i ask a question, i do not get an answer.
    Once again Microsoft shows how much they care for their customers, even if you're a Subscriber.
    Instead of having the benefits of the Subscription,
    i now have a lot of problems with solving the issues on my own.
    At no other forum i have this sign in problem.
    Why does Microsoft always has to make things so difficult.

    Hello Angel,

    These forums rely on windows live sign in. This forums application simply used this as a service so to speak. I think this url is a better place to start to find answers about the sign in specifically, I hope this helps.  http://explore.live.com/windows-live-sign-in-help-center
