Open One Care>Change Settings>Firewall>Advanced Settings>Network Connections>Details, and you can view your wireless network security key.

What do you do if the "details" button will not allow you to click on it?Sunday, February 14, 2010 9:57 PM

What do you do if the "details" button will not allow you to click on it?
It means that OneCare was not used to secure the network from that PC.

I am having an issue with the details button not highlighting either..... Stephen do you know what I can do?Saturday, February 20, 2010 7:02 PM -
If the details button is not available, that means that OneCare was not used on that computer to secure the network. You'll need to refer to the router documentation for how to access the admin settings of the router in order to obtain the security information. Failing that, you can reset your router and then reconfigure the security for all devices connecting to it wirelessly using OneCare or manually if your router is not supported by OneCare.
