Hello DWFury,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

The bolded and underlined values indicate that the Office currently installed is a Volume Licensing edition of Office Professional 2007.
If you purchased a new full packaged retail product, or a standalone product key, and changed the product key, you still have a nongenuine installation of Office. The reason is that Volume Licensing editions of Office are not licensed for single sales to individuals---they are sold in "bulk" to organizations for use on that organization's computers, and they are not permitted to be sold individually or used outside of that organization's computers.

Hello DWFury,
Is Office saying it is not Activated or not Validated.
-Validation is not required unless you are attempting to download Validation protected Office Content (like a Template for Word or such).
You can go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the Start Diagnostic. This will ensure your Windows is setup correctly to allow Validation to occur. Once the page gives all green check marks, click the Validate Office button.
-Activation is required. You can see information on how to Activate Office in support doc "Resources to help you activate a license in Microsoft Office programs " at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/828958
Thank you,

Please go to the Validation Diagnostics site, and attempt the diagnostics - once you get all green pass signs, go back and attempt to validate both Windows and Office. Then run the MGADiag tool again, and post a new report.
