Forum reply text editor does not render from mobile android phone browser.

Hi,
I am not able load my forum reply text editor from my android phone(MI Note 4), it just keep rotating the below high lighted circle never finish. So I would like to request you to fix this issue.

While there is no official support for phone browsers, it does work but in order to make usable on the phone browser click three-dot and check the box for Desktop site
