Trigger Update of Product QuantityOnHand from Opportunity Stage

  Hello,

  Is it possible to trigger a workflow which decrements the Product QuantityOnHand of an Opportunity Product when the the Opportunity Stage changes to Closed Won?

  If not, can you think of a workaround to achieve the same thing?
