Adding reference for FileSyncProvider21.dll fails in VS2017 RRS feed

    Hello,

    i am trying to build a file synchronization. When i want to reference the dlls Microsoft.Synchronization.Files.dll and FileSyncProvider21.dll in Visual Studio Microsoft.
    The dlls. did not appear in the list, i tried to add them via search button.

    Synchronization.Files.dll works, but FileSyncProvider21.dll fails with this message:
    A reference to the "FileSyncProvider21.dl" could not be added.Please make sure that the file is accessible and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.

    Had anyone the same problem? Thanks for any help
    Windows 10 (64bit), Visual Studio 15.6.2 VB.NET
