Dr watson failure ?

  I may have an IIS worker process generating errors, however drwtsn32 never produces a dump.

  All I got is the following on the event-log:

   

  Application popup: drwtsn32.exe - Application Error: The application failed
  to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application

  Any hints on how to get drwtsn32 to run ?
