User not able to run reports in CRM getting "Server Error in '/' Application" RRS feed

  • Hi,

    One of the user is not able to run any report (oob and ssrs reports) and getting "Server Error in '/' Application" in front end in CRM 4.0.

    When we check the diagnostic logs in application server we are able to see The report execution cxx4ifugc30w1qvoonpc5w45 has expired or cannot be found.

    No logs in report server and SQL server.

    It seems to be generic issue and the solution in blogs seems to be given for entire organization but we are facing issue for only one user not for any other user. We have checked the Reporting AD groups and given access to him, then also not able to run the report. Is there any other are we need to look.
