Can we submit RSS feed?

Now that Live Search webmaster center only accept sitemap protocal just like Google. Is it possible to submit RSS feed? Yahoo seems to accept it.

Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly working to provide webmasters with a richer toolset. As much as that sounds like a cookie cutter response, it is a true nonetheless.

Hiya- first post here!!
You can submit RSS feeds to Google as well in the Google Webmaster tools. I believe this is a recognized format from sitemaps.org (see- Other Sitemap formats) . Though an RSS format sitemap provides limited information they are usually used in addition to and not in lieu of an XML sitemap.
