    I am trying to ask for help with a problem I am having with Windows and I tried to include an image and it said my account needed to be verified.  Thank you.

    Look at the top of the page.  There is a Verify Your Account thread always pinned up there.  It may be be numbered 5 or 57 or 238 but there is one there.
