How to uninstall CWA collocated with FrontEnd server in OCSR2 RRS feed

    Hi

    What is the right procedure to uninstall CWA collocated with FrontEnd server in OCSR2
    without affecting IIS and FE??

    I went to OCSR2 administrative tools and found that Deactivate web component server is grayed, cannot click on it.

    The Web Components are separate from the CWA role, so if you are trying to remove CWA you definitely don't want to remove the Web Components rolel you need that for client Addres Book download, group expansion, and a few other features.

    So what is the proper step to deactivate CWA, and uninstall it?
    In order to install it on a different server.

    I had CWA installed on the FE box. I managed to get it working, but then decided to move it on a dedicated server. After I uninstalled CWA from add remove programs I started having authenticating issues. I had to remove and reinstall the Web Components on the FE in order to make it work properly again.

    Keep that in mind when you remove CWA.
