Proper path for "paid" support

    Question

  • This is a general question - normally when I have issues with my clusters, I post to this forum and get a great, quick response.  As a matter of practice, how should end users contact Microsoft for paid support for HPC?  

    With past support requests, even as a partner, it's been difficult to get a support tech knowledgeable in HPC, let alone capable of helping end users with particular questions.

  • Hi Jack,

      You can buy microsoft premier support. And if you're Microsoft Azure user with HPC Pack, you could create ticket.

      And if you have big HPC Pack cluster and you have specific requests, you can reach hpcpack@microsoft.com and the engineering team will follow up with you.
