Social Insights (InsideView) - Lock up during Sync Setup RRS feed

  • So following these instructions:


    After step 8, where I successfully grant the rights in the Azure solution, the window goes blank:

    Blank Screen

    Then after a timeout, I get this error message:

    Error Message

    Any ideas how to resolve?

    I tried both before and after the Spring 2014 upgrade.

    I've also tried with both version 3.1 and (the newly released) 3.2 version downloadable here:


    I've also tried both IE 11 and Google Chrome.
