  • Hello,

I'm afraid that the only way is to update your CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 and to 2015 after.

  • You can't import CRM 2011 solution to CRM 2015

    Version compatibility

Any solution exported from a newer version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM cannot be imported into an older version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This include major and minor versions. You can install solutions exported from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and earlier releases of Microsoft Dynamics CRM online into Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM online 2015 update. Solutions exported from Microsoft Dynamics 2015 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 online update cannot be imported into ealier versions.

  • The Microsoft supplied migration toolset works from 2013 SP1 only.

Unless you have the time/appetite to develop your own migration toolset, you'd need to upgrade to 2013 SP1 first.

  • Hi Red,

Try using configuration migration tool (it is part of SDK), see if this helps with your requirement.

it is tool to migration data between two CRM systems, refer following links for more information on this..
