Still having problems to Login RRS feed

  • Hi, still having access problems in Microsoft Virtual Academy. Keep refreshing and nothing happens.

    Win7 and IE11.

  • Hi.

    Here are a few ideas.

    - Make sure you are not logged into another Microsoft account with another Live ID. Try going to your Hotmail account, click your name and log off, and then try logging into the MVA site.

    - Although you are running IE 11, it seems it has compatibility problems. Try running your web browser in IE 10 mode. Click <F-12>, then click "Emulation" on the left side. Then change the Document mode to "10".

    - Navigate to the MVA Support page here: http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/Help.aspx?type=troubleshooting-faq and, under Troubleshooting technical problems, expand the question for I can't sign in to MVA. After trying the steps suggested, there is an email address to send an email requesting help from the Dean.

    - Be sure you are using an administrator account and running IE as administrator.

    - Be sure you have Silverlight installed. http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/
