  What A.m.a.L means is that you should ask there where to post your document, NOT that you should post your document there.
  
  
  By the way, make sure that the policy of the forum that you are suggested as the place to post this will accept such documents. The standard is that you put a document on a web site somewhere and then **when someone asks a question for which it provides an answer* you can point at the URL of the document in your reply.
  
  In the forums I moderate for instance the only non-solicited posts are those from Microsoft and they run maybe at about four a year at most and usually (= in most forums) zero.
