Trouble Activating Windows 7

Question
-
Hi There Forum,
I am currently expierencing issues trying to activate Windows 7, I have a genuine microsoft product key but I am unable to use it to activate Windows, I have tried numerous options such as typing into the run command box slui.exe 4 but i do not get the same menu as everybody else does, i orginally brought my PC from next but the manufacturer is Zoostorm i tried ringing them and they said that it is Microsofts job to deal with the product key licsensing not them, so after doing more research i found out how to rearm my Windows 7 copy but this is not going to last forever so i need help activating it, I am from the UK so any help would be appreciated, the following is my WGA diagnostic tool log.
Edit: Just tried slui.exe again I forgot you mention that I get the error code: 0xC004E003, Description: The software licensing service reported that license evalution failed when I try to enter another product key it says that im running a OEM product key which I know is not Genuine. Not sure if this is of any significance
Many Thanks
Ben

The key installed is an OEM SLP key, the bios does not have a marker for it and it will never activate. Your computer, if sold to you by an authorized OEM with OEM windows then there must be a sticker on the bottom, side or back of your computer that has a COA key, you should install that COA key and activate by phone. If you can't find the sticker then call the manufacturer and ask them where the COA sticker is for the version of windows they provided with the PC.
By law, they have to supply a COA sticker with every computer they sell loaded with windows. It will either be an OEM_COA, OEM system builder or retail key. THey can't sell a computer without that COA if it is loaded with windows.
Again, look for the sticker, insert the key and activate by phone if online activation fails.

Unfortunately, the Windows 7 Home Premium installation DVD used to install Windows 7 is counterfeit and non-genuine (OEM SLP) for your computer. In order to fix this issue, you will need to purchase a conventional "retail" "full version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a clean install.
