Windows Validation Issues - Why am I getting this?

Question
-
I legitimately purchased this Windows 7 from a program my work offers - Windows Home Use Program.
Why am I getting this validation issue. I try to run the link it provides (legitcheck.hta file downloads) and it says I don't have the correct scrip to run and if It does run, the screen with the rotating green circle 'crashes'.
I have also got the "Were sorry, the page you requested cannot be found"...
Im Lost...Thank you if you can help me figure out the problem.

You will need to contact your company's IT Administrator for assistance with resolving your non-genuine issue with a Volume License version of Windows 7. If you no longer work for that company, the license is no longer valid.
The Home Use Program is a Software Assurance benefit available to Microsoft volume licensing customers with active Software Assurance coverage on their Office applications. Employees who use the covered licenses at work are eligible to purchase these Office applications for use on a personal device during the term of their employment. This temporary license expires with the employer's Software Assurance coverage, or upon termination of employment with the covered organization.
