Create a new queue RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I am trying to create a new Queue in CRM 2011.  When I go to "Settings", I don't see any option that allows me to create a new Queue.  Am I missing something?

  • Try: Settings -> Business Management -> Queues

    Youe security role would also need create permissions for the Queue entity (Core records tab)
