  I have looked at both of these rather long Expression Web threads closely and have no idea AT ALL why you have posted a message in this "Bugs Reporting for Forums Platform" that says nothing but
  
  "See this thread".
  
  and has the two links.
  
  
  How about doing some work on behalf of the people who are suppose to solve the bugs here by extracting from them the text about what the bugs are you are presumably reporting - or attempting to report - with this message ?
  
  
  Just a little bit of text (more certainly that "see this thread") to go along with links can go a long way.
  
  
  P.S. and if the main message is in the Subject ("Error causes user to repeatedly click Submit and so their reply or post appears multiple times") then that has been reported earlier here without the people who reported it feeling any need to quote what seem to be irrelevant threads.

  Following up on the MANY threads around this issue :)
  
  The underlying issue should now be resolved via some configuration updates that were done. Also, an update was pushed earlier today that should an alerts failure occur on reply it will be logged but continue as a successful post (dismiss the editor).
