    hi ,

    i have a problem with button i added from isv.config

    into opportunity entity , 

    i (as a developer) have only web client and i can see this button

    the users (uses both outlook and web) can not see this button

     after i deleted temporary files(at one of the users work-sration) i could see this button and it woked fine

    but the problem returned after a period

     

    of course i added to the isv config (client = outlook,web)

    First thing to check are the permissions, as Dugy stated above. The second thing is that the ISV.config customizations may not be visible in the web client for the users who are running Outlook clients on their machines at the same time (and if you don't show the button to both clients). If they tur off Outlook, the customizations should be visible in the web client. Is it the case in your situation?

    Not sure if this is the answer but do the people who need access to this button have permission to see ISV customisations?  Check their Roles and see if they have the correct permissions set in the Customisation tab to see ISV Extensions.
