Forgot Original ID RRS feed

  • I cannot find my original Live ID and I have been trying to use the support to help that is described at

    http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2
    for some reason it will not work for me.  I have not been able to get it to verify my subscription, yet it will take me nowhere else for help, it just keeps trying to verify over and over.  This is getting very frustrating, I have over 9 months left on that subscription.  Please help!!!!

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you can contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information. Use the instructions to open a ticket as a trial user to start an email case.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID for your subscription.
