Time difference problem in CRM for users in different countries. RRS feed

  • My company is international company. We have branches in USA, UK and New Zealand. We installed CRM 4.0 on one server in USA. Since there is time difference between USA, UK and New Zealand, so createOn record in CRM is not correct for New Zealand users and UK users. For example, I am in New Zealand, I inserted one record to CRM at 9:00am May 29,2008 (NZ time), but in crm createdOn date is May 28,2008. (USA time). How to let CRM know users location. In this case, I am NZ user, I want CreateOn data store in NZ time in CRM. Is there such function in CRM?

    There is a user time setting on CRM->Tools.

    settings>>> administration >>> tools  , change the setting of the date time
