    I downloaded the Fixit toolkit because I cannot change/remove the Visual Studio 2005 on a offline-server, which runs Windows Server 2003 R2. 

    It doesn't matter which tool I lauch, I always get this same error message: "The trouble shooter has experienced an unexpected error and cannot continue".

    Does anybody know what's going on?
