Can email router set regarding by email address matching? RRS feed

  • I've scanned pages of other Q&A and find no direct answer NOT about the Outlook client--

    I have many inbound emails that are regarding non-contact records.  I have many that regard contact records.  However, I have just as many that have no regarding set (null.)

    As a rule, all personal settings are set to "Track emails from CRM leads, contacts and accounts."

    2. appears the matching only resolves on the Subject field
    3. can the matching be set to compare email addresses as well on the email router?
    4. can this only be accomplished by a plugin?
