Technically an OCS 2007 / R2 Standard Edition installatoin is in its own pool. For Enterprise Editions, multiple servers are part of the one same pool.

As Lee suggested In LCS or OCS standard edition server means One Pool. If you install One more STD edition then it will be one more Pool. However OCS 2007 STD will support up to 5000 Users. So if you want to go for OCS now please deploy OCS 2007 R2 Standard Edition if you have less than 5000 Users. Jithendranath Reddy
