Using "Submit" button to send email to prepopulated address

Question
-
Hello,
I have a document where the "Submit" button has been altered to bring up a new Outlook message with the document attached. I have found various forums discussing how to prepopulate a specific email address or a list of addresses...I need to populate a specific email address based on who's completing the document.
Basically, the person completing the document needs to be able to send the doc to their supervisor. Without tailoring a document for each department, is there a way to have it populate some other way?
I thought about the possibility of using the "Manager" function found in the Properties (under the "File" tab/screen on the right where it lists the user). You can assign a Manager using the global address book from Outlook so why couldn't you code the button to email your manager?
I'm not familiar enough with the intricacies of VBA to develop it myself...any thoughts?

Hi mross127,
Thanks for visiting Office forum, then here we mainly focus on general issues about Office desktop client, I am afraid nothing we can help regarding your issue about using VBA. I'll move your thread to the Where's the forum for.. forum so for you to get suggestions about where is the more appropriate forum for this question. Thanks for your understanding and support.
