From your MGA Report:
Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate
Windows Product ID: 00426-067-7686994-86985
Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine)
Unfortunately, the installed copy of Windows 7 is non-genuine because the product key was pirated from a “not-for-resale” MSDN Subscription. You can purchase a genuine Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate “Full Version” license from the Microsoft Store.

I dont know how it got pirated it was brand new just like Microsoft web site says. the coa on outside was unbroken . It was wrap in plastic which could be replaced. the two dvds are genuine holograph. The product key was inside. Sounds like sombody inside of microsoft did funny business. My packaging is the real McCoy. Ans second if it was to go to a microsoft employee only then it should be labeled as such. Not telling me this eight months later. Microsoft did this to me with xp also- i went and bought a second xp operating system 2 years after using it. I wanted a retail and not for upgrade windows 7. I look at it this was that microsoft is the pirate.

The title of your post reads "my retail from may 2009...."
Whereas, Windows 7 was released to manufacturing on July 22, 2009 and reached general retail availability on October 22, 2009. Thus, there were no legitimate retail packaged copies of Windows 7 available before October 22, 2009 to consumers.
In the future, purchase genuine Microsoft software only from a trusted, reliable and proven source, such as the Microsoft Store.

If you read the following sticky threads, they will explain your problems - and how to avoid them in future (and what you can try to do about it now - but 8 months is rather a long time, I know)
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/a2444f34-0aff-4f29-a8ac-67e28b0c0285
and
http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindows7/thread/06698c46-8668-4ccd-a544-a88969265a6b
The prirates have got VERY good at this over the past few years, as the price of equipment for manufacturing the packages drops, and as factories open in less well-policed countries.
