Format and key product

    Question

  • I need to format my laptop, and I want to know if to install my windows 10 and my office 2007 I use the same key product or I need a new one. Thank you

  •   Office 2007 will need the same key as you used previously. Windows 10 will not need a product key at all. Just skip that step and it will activate using a digital license. Make sure that you install the same version of Windows 10 as you use now.

    It’s OK, you could use the previous key before reinstall Windows 10.

    If you activated a free upgrade to Windows 10 or bought and activated Windows 10 from the Store, you have a digital license for your device. This means you can reinstall the same edition of Windows 10 that your device has a digital license for without entering a product key. During reinstallation, if you’re asked to enter a product key, you can skip this step. Windows 10 will automatically activate online after the installation is complete.
